Features

Training, nutrition, body weight and Apple Health – all built into the app today.

Training

  • Workout plans from templates or built yourself; sessions with exercises, sets, reps and weight
  • 543 exercises with description, equipment, difficulty and a muscle map (front and back); add your own exercises
  • Workout mode: a large current set, check off sets, rest timer, notes, add or swap exercises on the go, free workouts without a plan
  • Plate calculator: shows which plates go on the bar (competition colours, kg and lb)
  • Pro options you can switch on: RIR (reps in reserve), warm-up sets
  • A streak based on weekly goals, with a sick or holiday pause so your streak doesn’t break
  • A short check-in before training (sleep, energy)
  • History: every workout, and strength progress per exercise as a chart
  • Export as CSV
Running workout: the current set with weight and reps inside a ring

Nutrition

  • A diary with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) per day
  • Food search and barcode scanning (data from Open Food Facts), your own foods
  • Quick add (name plus calories or macros, e.g. for the canteen), recipes from individual ingredients, copy meals or whole days
  • A calorie target from your profile (Mifflin-St Jeor equation, daily activity, training per week, goal: lose, maintain or gain) – or set it yourself
  • Macro targets based on goal, training and body weight, grounded in sports science (e.g. protein 2.2 g/kg when losing weight, 2.0 when building, 1.8 when maintaining)

Body weight

  • Log your weight, see the history as a chart (30 days, 90 days, all) and the trend per week
  • Automatic calorie adjustment (optional): once a week, your calorie target moves in small steps towards your actual weight trend – at most 150 kcal per week, with a notice and “Undo”

Apple Health

  • Reads today’s steps and active calories
  • Saves finished strength workouts to Apple Health
  • Body weight in both directions: values from your scale come from Health into the app, entries from the app go to Health

Privacy and data

  • No account needed. All data is stored locally on your iPhone.
  • No ads, no analytics tools, no tracking in the app.
  • Health data doesn’t leave your device and isn’t used for advertising.
